VIRTUAL FCF Town Hall to Discuss Covenants – Meeting 2

Upcoming FCF Town Halls – Covenants Modernization Project
The Fishing Creek Farm Board and Covenants Committee invite all homeowners to two neighborhood Town Halls, to review and discuss the latest updates to the FCF Covenants.
After the Town Halls in the Spring of 2022, the Board and Covenants Committee developed a short document with additional changes to the Covenants based on the feedback from homeowners. This March 2023 document explains each significant issue that was raised by community members and the amendments that are recommended.
The upcoming Town Halls will include a presentation on these updated changes as well as ample time for discussion and additional homeowner input.
The first Town Hall will be held IN-PERSON on Saturday, April 22, from 10 AM-12 Noon, at the FCF Clubhouse.
The second Town Hall will be held VIRTUALLY on Tuesday, April 25, from 7 PM to 9 PM. See below for full joining information.
Please note that the meeting on Saturday, April 22nd is an in-person meeting while the meeting on April 25th will be online.
