Special Meeting to Fill Four Board Positions

October 17, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We will be holding a Special Meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 7:00 PM online for the purpose of electing 4 Board Members to the Fishing Creek Farm HOA’s Board of Directors. A notice will be delivered via USPS to every homeowner, in accordance with the bylaws. Please be on the lookout for this important mail.

In order to attend, residents must first register for the event by emailing Megan Smith, our property manager, at: msmith@maredithmgmt.com . Megan will provide the virtual link to each registered homeowner one week prior to the meeting.

How do I sign up for the Board of Directors?

If you are considering running for the Board of Directors, please email our Community Manager at msmith@maredithmgmt.com with your contact information and a brief description of any academic or professional background/experience that may be relevant to serving in this position. Your e-mail will be shared with the Nominating Committee for consideration. Your HOA dues should be paid in full, and you should be available to attend the remaining 2023 Board Meetings, scheduled for 10/16/23, 11/20/23 and 12/18/23 at 7pm. If you’re not sure, you have time to think about it! Nominations can also be taken from the floor, the night of the Special Meeting.
