STEP 2: Here are the core documents, if applicable to your project, that you will need to submit for a new, replaced, modified, or repaired driveway:

1. Provide a description and a to scale property site plan locating proposed improvements, including materials, and when the proposed improvements are at or abut the property line, show the existing improvements (if any) found on the neighbors’ adjacent property.
2. Parking pads shall be effectively screened from the street or neighbors’ view with evergreen landscape not less than 2 feet, nor more than 3.5 feet in height.
3. Provide photos of the area to be modified.
4. Provide color scheme where applicable.
5. When required by AA County, provide the permit documents.
6. Refer to Fishing Creek Farm HOA Bylaws: Article V, Section 2., Par. 25, e.
