Meeting to Vote on
2022 Community Assessment Increase

As a follow-up to many months of meetings, surveys and feedback from the community regarding the community’s capital assets and the need for a more disciplined approach to funding our capital reserves, a special meeting to vote on the 2022 assessment increase, which includes significant increases in the amount to be allocated to capital reserves, will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021, at 7 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Clubhouse and will also be offered to virtual attendees. Joining information is printed below.

A package (a paper, hard copy) has been mailed to all FCF owners and includes the following (links follow each document):

1. Notice of special meeting (link here),
2. Virtual link information (see joining information below),
3. Ballot/proxy (link here),
4. Proposed 2022 budget (link here), and
5. Board/CapEx recommendation (link here).

Much time and effort has gone into determining the Board’s recommended dues assessment for 2022.  The Board encourages all owners to review the documents and to attend the meeting.
