CapEx Invitation to Neighborhood to Discuss Reserve Funding

The FCF Board of Directors invites you to a discussion on 8 NOV 2020 from 7:00 to 8:15 PM about how to manage our numerous community amenities in the years to come.
This discussion, and especially your feedback, will be critical in determining how we as a community will fund our reserve replacements and establish annual dues levels in future years.
The CapEx committee will be presenting 3 funding models for consideration, and your comments are greatly valued.
Information on the entire program is available in the Documents section of the FCF website. Please access this information by going to “Documents” on the FCF main page and then click “CapEx Committee”. The specific documents include: “Slide Presentation for the Nov. 8 community meeting – Reserve Funding Analysis”, and spreadsheets for three models of funding our reserves (Status quo, Full, and Hybrid) that include the resultant annual dues.
We strongly encourage you to review these documents prior to the meeting, and submit any questions ahead of time to the CapEx Committee (email@example.com) Small group feedback meetings are scheduled for 10, 12 and 17 NOV from 7:00-8:15 PM.
