5. Nominate and vote for Colleen Clark as Secretary effective 10.01.20, with no change in her term of Board membership running through 3/2021
6. Nominate and vote for Jacques Smith as Board Member to succeed Steve Haiman and serve for the remainder of Steve’s term through 3/2022
