Annual Board Meeting

March 13 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The 2023 Annual FCF Meeting will be held VIRTUALLY on March 13th. The Agenda will include the election of a board member to fill an open board position. Community members are encouraged to attend. Our management company will handle the election process and will distribute election collateral to residents upon registration for the meeting. Please see instructions for registration printed below. The instructions were also emailed to residents on Feb. 17th.

The Fishing Creek Farm HOA Annual Meeting will take place on Monday, March 13 online and will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. An Annual Meeting Notice has been mailed and will arrive shortly. Click here to review it now.

To register for the meeting and to obtain the meeting access information and collateral, please email our community manager, Megan Q. Smith, at msmith@maredithmgmt.com with your name and property address. In the event of a contested election, a ballot will be emailed to you at the email address you register for the meeting with.
