Annual Meeting

The FCF Annual Meeting will be held virtually at 7:00pm on Sunday, February 28, 2021. As with the monthly BOD meetings, an electronic link will be sent via email and posted on our FCF webpage. Joining information is also posted below or can be accessed by clicking here. All residents are encouraged to attend virtually. The BOD has two board positions up for election at the annual meeting.

The annual meeting will also feature the Capital Expenditures (CapEx) plan as well as proposed funding models and results of the recent community survey. Information about the CapEx plan, FCF assets, potential maintenance and replacement schedule, and funding is available on the website. Go to Documents in the left-hand menu of the landing page and then click on CapEx Committee to access all documents.
