The Board of Directors is hosting an open budget meeting this Thursday, November 14, 2019, at 7 p.m. in the clubhouse to present 2019 year-end review and the adopted 2020 budget. The adopted budget can be viewed by clicking here.

Following is a brief summary of 2019 accomplishments

• Increased income due to CD investments
• Began phragmites remediation
• Completed maintenance on path to crab pier
• Repaired crab pier and bridge to Cherry Tree Cove
• Purchased an outdoor screen and projector
• Purchased replacement lounge chairs for pool area
• Replaced pool pump
• Purchased ping pong table for use at pool
• Installed acoustic tiles in the clubhouse to mitigate sound
• Pickle ball lines and equipment at tennis court
• Installation of awning over clubhouse deck by year-end

Following are highlights of the 2020 budget

• No increase to assessments
• Reserve fund increase of 10%, or $12 from $121 to $133, to continue to add funds needed in upcoming years for items identified in reserve fund study
• New landscaping and pool management contracts
• Continued phragmites remediation
