A special meeting of residents will be held virtually on Monday, Oct. 6 from 7 to 8 PM to finalize updates for the FCF Covenants and Bylaws. In order to attend the virtual meeting, residents must register with Megan Smith, msmith@maredithmgmt.com, our HOA manager, and obtain meeting login information.
