DESCRIPTION:Financing Community Infrastructure\nAnnouncing FCF Community Meetings Regarding State Enabled Shoreline Restoration Interest Free Loans \nLast month we highlighted how communities across Maryland are making use of Special Taxing Districts (STD) to address their infrastructure needs and how state enabled interest free loan programs may be beneficial to our community. \nWe would like to begin holding community conversations about how a state enabled shoreline restoration interest free loan can help us address the severe erosion of Southbreeze Beach. We encourage all Fishing Creek Farm homeowners to attend at least one of the below sessions to understand how this program is structured\, what are the potential benefits to FCF if the required number of homeowners are to approve such an action\, and to share any questions or concerns you may have. \nThis is one of four community meetings to inform and discuss financing options with residents.
