SUMMARY:2023 Children's Tennis Camp
DESCRIPTION:Fishing Creek Farm Tennis Camp is Back! \nRegistration is limited. Sign up now!\nFCF Kids’ Tennis Camp 2023: June 14th – August 2nd\, Wednesdays and Fridays!\nCoach Grant Shanahan\, a UMD experienced player and private lesson coach\, will once again lead our camp.  Tennis skills\, scoring and match playing will be taught.  Players of all levels welcome – – and no experience is necessary.  This is a great way for the kids in the neighborhood to get to know each and hang out.   As in the past\, we will have two classes\, one for younger kids and one for older players. If your child is slightly younger than 6\, we may be able to accommodate them. \nThe Programs: \n\nAges 6-9 will be in the Quick Start Program. It’s a great way to learn to play\, develop basic tennis skills and an understanding of the game.\nAges 10-18 will learn the strokes\, game strategy\, how to serve\, how to score and will play matches.  Fun games will be used to sharpen skills\, and challenging “match style” games will be played.\n\nThe Times \n\nLessons will be twice a week\, Wednesdays and Fridays\, June 14 – August 2nd.\n\nWednesdays  \n\n6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.  – ages 6-9\n6:45 p.m.– 8:00 p.m. – ages 10-18\n\nFridays \n\n6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. – ages 6-9\n6:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – ages 10-18\n\nThe Cost \nPay one flat fee of $140 per child to attend as many lessons as you want!  Availability is limited to the first who sign up\, so register now! \nIf your child has experience playing and wants to play with the older kids\, feel free to register them for that session. \nTo Purchase Tickets\, please click the button below: \n

DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendar for the annual Fishing Creek Farm Fourth of July party festivities on Tuesday\, July 4th (rain date to be determined if needed). The morning parade will return followed by lunch at the clubhouse. Adam’s Ribs will be catering along with frozen margaritas\, adult and kid friendly beverages and. added this year\, make-your-own sundae station. Please plan to bring a side dish to share. \nParade: Meet at the Beachview cul-de-sac with your decorated bike\, trike\, or golf cart at 11:30 AM to join the parade down Hidden River View to the Clubhouse for lunch.
