To reserve and pay for your rental of our clubhouse for your private event, enter the dates your event is to be held, then fill out our secure payment form. Your booking will be immediately made, our staff notified, and you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
This site is encrypted, secured by Sitelock and uses a PayPal company to handle its credit card processing system. No credit card information is stored on our system.
Your Event
First check to see if the date of your event is available from the calendar below. Then select any open date for your event and fill out the event and payment information. We accept all major credit cards. If you need to set up for your event the day before, our administrator will work with you. Simply choose the date your event will be held. If you think your event will require an extra day or two for set up and/or cleanup, you must contact Ann Weins at annweins@yahoo.com.
Once you book your event, the date will be blocked out and added to this calendar.
