Schools are out and summer is here! The community springs to life during the warm weather months. I enjoy seeing kids and adults alike take advantage of the weather by walking, running and biking through the community. Please stay alert and drive cautiously in community. Drivers seem to speed up on the long stretches of road from the entrances into the community. Please exercise care and slow down.

If you are storing a kayak or paddle board on the community racks, please register your vessel with the community and display a community sticker visibly on the vessel. Those vessels without a sticker may be removed from the racks, set on the ground for a period of ten (10) days and removed.
